Statement on the use of personal information in decisions
Established on January 12, 2007, the HFATF is the only committee exclusively constituted of federal administrative tribunals. It was established in response to the interest voiced by many tribunals on the need to maintain a tribunal-only forum to provide a setting for dialogue, learning and networking amongst federal tribunals. The HFATF replaces the former Tribunal Heads Group that had been set up and chaired in the past by the Department of Justice.
A list of HFATF Member Organizations and links to their external Web sites is provided on this site. This site also provides a members-only area, only available to federal tribunal heads or authorized delegates. The site is created to provide a tool to federal tribunal heads to obtain and share information on the activities of the HFATF and its members. HFATF members are invited to provide material in the public or members’ area components of the Web site, and to ensure the information is relevant and up-to-date (protocol provided in Members’ Area).
Federal administrative tribunals that are not currently members of the HFATF are invited to contact us to apply for membership.
